Annual General Meeting
The Forty-First Annual General Meeting of the Company was held on Wednesday, 25th August, 2010 at the Registered Office of the Company at P.O. Pailan, Diamond Harbour Road, Dist 24 Parganas (South), West Bengal 743 512, at 11.00 a.m.
Dispatch of Notice of the AGM along with copy of the Report and Accounts 2010 to the Members of the Company was completed on 31st July, 2010.
Unclaimed Dividend
Unclaimed dividend for the years prior to and including the financial year 2002-03 has been transferred to the General Revenue Account of the Central Government / the Investor Education and Protection Fund established by the Central Government (IEPF), as applicable.
The dividend for the undernoted years, if unclaimed for 7 years, will be transferred by the Company to IEPF in accordance with the schedule given below.
Once unclaimed dividend is transferred to IEPF, no claim shall lie in respect thereof.
